One very common theme among all of my recipes and blog posts has been my constant health battle and my journey to get healthier.  I am a girl that loves food and loves to eat.  So getting healthy is not always super easy for me.  These Maple Walnut Overnight Oats are just the type of recipe that I need to make my morning choice a good one.

Just with the normal hustle, bustle and morning rush, having breakfast in the fridge ready to eat is AMAZING! It literally takes about 5 minutes the night before to prepare your jars.

This recipe is for delicious maple walnut overnight oats which can be used as your base.  Some delicious add-ins are blueberries, bananas, berries, chia seeds or ground flax meal, a drizzle of honey, a bit of greek yogurt, etc.  You can have some fresh washed berries in the fridge ready for your kids to add in their favorites giving them a bit of independence and freeing up some well needed morning time for yourself.
