It’s that time of year we all love to hate.  Spring cleaning time! Over the years I have learned the hard way, how important spring cleaning is, but I have also learned to dread it.  I love the results but I hate the hard work that is involved.  Since many of the things that you clean while spring cleaning don’t normally get cleaned on a weekly basis, there can be a lot of elbow grease involved.

I am also finding as I get older my elbow grease is not quite what it used to be.  I really don’t look forward to the getting down and dirty, sweating up a storm while I put all of my power behind my scrubbing.  This sounds like the makings of a really long tiring day.

I recently watched a video featuring the HGTV host and former Bachelorette Jillian Harris, Spring Cleaning with Jill Harris. Jillian Harris shares her dirty little secret when it comes to cleaning, Mr. Clean Magic Eraser that lets you clean smart, not hard.  Watch below:

I was immediately hooked, as soon as I heard that Mr. Clean can help me clean without tons of time or elbow grease.  I have used Mr. Clean Magic Eraser’s for years to clean my walls. I discovered many years ago the wonders of the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser’s after buying my second to last house and finding out, after I closed on it, that the 3 year old had colored on nearly every wall in the house.  I mean every wall!! After I wiped the tears from my eyes I ran off to the store and came home with this new Magic Eraser.  I was ready to give it one of the best tests possible and had no idea what results to expect, if any.  I really felt that my walls were a lost cause and repainting would be the only solution.  Mr. Clean’s Magic Eraser proved me wrong and cleaned every bit of crayon off of the walls.

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser brings the muscle so you don’t have to, for a spring clean that saves you time and effort. Since I always have a supply on hand I was able to put many of these dirty secrets to the test.

Here are some of my own dirty little cleaning secrets….

Did you know that boys are obsessed with having completely clean white soles? My kids have gone so far as to try to recreate crazy concoctions that they read on the internet to clean their soles.  Well Momma just showed them that all they need is a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser!

Next on my list of dreaded cleaning jobs are my bathroom faucets.  They get so dirty and dingy that I forget how sparkling they really should be.  Getting into the tight spots is never easy.  Well with the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, getting into those tight spots is no problem at all.  I also don’t need a ton of elbow grease.  The Magic Eraser squeezes right in and really gets all of those impossible spots.
